Microwave
- Place 25 g (±1 heaped scoop) of Rice Crème in a microwavable bowl
- Add 150–200 ml of boiling water or milk.
- Stir well with a fork or spoon.
- Microwave on high for 30 seconds.
- Stir well.
- Repeat this until you reach the desired consistency.
- Place 25 g (±1 heaped scoop) of Rice Crème in a pot and add 150–200 ml boiling water or milk.
- Stir well with a fork or spoon.
- Bring to a boil and cook for 30 seconds to 1 minute, until cooked.
- For a double serving use 50 g (±2 heaped scoops) Rice Crème with 300–400 ml water or milk.
- Protein powder can easily be added to make a high-protein Rice Crème.
- You can also add nut butters to increase total energy and fatty acid levels.
