Shipping policy

We make every effort to ship all orders in metros within 3–5 working days, while outlying areas can take longer than five days. We will communicate the potential delay when unforeseen situations occur (such as products that are out of stock). If your delivery address falls under an outlying area, Aramex may include a surcharge on your delivery. Please supply an alternative address to avoid surcharges.

An order placed before 14:00 on Mondays to Fridays will be shipped at 15:00. Any order placed after 14:00 on Fridays or public holidays will only be shipped the following business day. We deliver between 08:00 and 17:00 on weekdays (Mondays to Fridays). No deliveries are made over weekends or public holidays.

To ensure your order is processed as efficiently as possible, please provide a valid street address where somebody will be available to receive the parcel between 08:00 and 17:00. The courier service can unfortunately not provide specific delivery times. If you are unlikely to be at home during the specified hours, please provide an alternative address when ordering products.

Our delivery rates are R99 (inclusive of VAT) for orders under R850. Orders above R850 do not pay any delivery fee.

Special orders, including free delivery, are subject to change. We reserve the right to amend any rates at any time, without giving any prior notice.

The Company only delivers in South Africa.

Refunds are only made to South African bank accounts.
