Recommended Use

  • Phosphate-loading to work: Take 3-6 tablets twice daily in the 3 days prior to workout.
  • Pre-& during workout: Take 2-4 tablets 30 minutes before the start of the workout and 2 tablets per hour of exercise thereafter.
  • Daily supplementation (Maintenance): Take 2-4 tablets before bedtime to optimise absorption.
  • Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during and after exercise.
