The premium, high-quality blend of whey protein isolate, concentrate and hydrolysate for prime muscle development.

Recommended Use

23.6 g protein serving
Mix ±1 scoop (32 g) into 150-200 ml of cold water.

Optimal 47.8 g protein double serving
Mix ±2 scoops (64 g) into 300-400 ml of cold water.

Shake well for 30 seconds and allow to settle for 60 seconds.
Shake again before drinking.

"I am not a huge fan of this flavour, smells and tastes yeasty, but my husband loves it. I think it is totally personal preference. Other flavours I have tried and loved are salted caramel, dark chocolate and vanilla. Still gave 5 stars as I believe it is just my own taste and that other flavours are amazing."

"Been using this product for a while, I normally purchase the Chocolate flavour and its lovely, however I had the misfortune of having to buy the Chocolate Caramel flavour - its horrendous - tastes really chemically - I have been battling through this container... I get nightmares just thinking of it and slightly nauceous... But Its my fault - Dont buy a 2kg of flavour you have not tasted yet - rather opt for a small sachet first before commiting to a 2kg."
