Recommended Use

  • Mix 1 sachet (5 g) with 200-250 ml of cold water (vary the amount of water to achieve your desired flavour and sweetness level) and shake or stir vigorously for 30 seconds.
  • Aim to consume 1 sachet immediately after prolonged exercise.
  • May also be taken before bed or in divided smaller servings throughout the day.
