A triple-source magnesium formula designed to support muscle recovery, relaxation, and daily magnesium intake for optimal performance and wellbeing. Each sachet provides 250 mg of highly bioavailable magnesium (from three Magnesium sources: Chelate, Dihydrate & Citrate) to support normal muscle and nerve function, reduce tiredness and fatigue, and aid relaxation after exercise or at the end of the day!

Recommended Use

  • Mix 1 sachet (5 g) with 200-250 ml of cold water (vary the amount of water to achieve your desired flavour and sweetness level) and shake or stir vigorously for 30 seconds.
  • Aim to consume 1 sachet immediately after prolonged exercise.
  • May also be taken before bed or in divided smaller servings throughout the day.
