Plato Vooma Energy Gel – Caribbean Mocha is a high-performance endurance gel designed to provide rapid energy during training and endurance events. Each sachet delivers 25 g of fast-absorbing glycaemic carbohydrates and 50 mg of caffeine anhydrous to enhance alertness, stamina, and performance. Formulated with a specialised carb matrix that includes maltodextrin, glucose, and Palatinose™ (isomaltulose), this gel ensures a sustained energy release to keep fatigue at bay. It's also enriched with essential electrolytes like sodium and potassium to support hydration and muscle function

Recommended Use

  • Take 1 sachet with 250 ml water every 30–40 minutes during an event.
  • Reduce intake when combining with other energy sources.
  • Optional: take 1 sachet 30 minutes prior to an event/training session, and another 2–3 sachets afterwards, if no additional products are used.
