Recommended Use

  • As a health supplement, take 4 vegi capsules with 200–250 ml water, or a drink of your choice.
  • Take 1 dosage prior to your workout and another dosage following your workout.
  • For best results, take the last dosage prior to bedtime.
Be sure to drink enough fluid before, during and after exercise.
