Recommended Use

  • Empty 1 sachet directly into your mouth 30 minutes before training. Enjoy as a sherbet, bit by bit if preferred.
  • Can also be mixed with 150–200 ml of water. Shake well before drinking.
  • Can be increased to 2 sachets 30–45 minutes before training, depending on tolerance level.
